Introducing Isla Bean

Isla is a perfect nut! 

She is the sweetest girl and has the very very BEST smile in the world!

When she is happy, she is the happiest baby ever. Her teeth have been bugging her so much but she is working through it.

She loves books and little wee snuggles.

She loves music and dancing. 

She tells stories in her own language and she learns new words every day! 

She is a beautiful dolly!

Crafts

We made a new craft room and we all love it.

Here we are making Earths for Earth day!

Isla was not having to much fun and went to play with toys at this point!

New day, new crafts and she is loving it, of course it was a special Mother's Day card for her lovely Mama!

 Zach focused and working hard

First they painted the paper, then made is fingerprints for petals and then glued on the stem

 They are often goofy and make me laugh all the time, but sometimes I am lucky enough to get a pic!

All the Kids Love BOOKS

All my kids love books, reading, reading to each other and learning.

I love how much they teach each other and how they work together. 

Here Vada was pointing to things and Tyson would say what it was and both Isla and Vada would try to say it. They loved it and carried on for almost an hour. 

Learning and exploring and loving each other.

We go to the library and I encourage the kids to get 2 books each. Isla and Zach grab anything close. Tyson looks for Dinosaurs, Trucks, Tractors or Pigs.

Vada always looks for babies and puppies.

We had one on different animals based on the area of life. The kids asked me to read it almost everyday for a week. I don't know what stays in those little minds but the seeds are planted!

I love how Isla is really trying to understand the picture.

Our New Ride

This was only a few weeks back, now the snow is gone. But the kids LOVE the wagon and they each know where they want to sit. Even sweet little Isla picks her spot!

We went to an artistian show to see all the amazing things people create and there was a lady there selling something but she had these adorable baby glasses as a display, well the hipster came out in the kids....

Tyson could simply be a hipster for anything!

Just an Afternoon Adventure at The University of Alberta High Up

Tatyanah had an ortho appointment( the dog ate her retainers) and we set off. The kids love reading so we stopped off at the library,picked some books and headed to the U of A!

They were not interested in their books, they loved the view

Tyson was the first brave one to head out of our little bubble, Vada wanted to join but she was nervous. She called to TyTy, he took her hand and held it the whole time while they looked at the architecture 

Zach quickly joined in!
